In addition to being carried out by staff who receive training every six months, each department operates according to a synchronized schedule. This ensures that all timeframes are met flawlessly, facilitates effective communication between departments to coordinate their respective schedules, and allows for the seamless continuation of work from one department to the next.

Mob Psycho 100 and Purity of Spirit

 

The story centers on the protagonist Shigeo—nicknamed "Mob"—who appears to be an ordinary boy. However, the anime takes place in a world where spirits unexpectedly manifest in various situations, and Mob has the ability to see, hear, and even touch them. As a child, he suffered an accident that caused him to lose control; using his telekinesis (the ability to move objects with the mind), he ended up injuring his brother. Consequently, he began suppressing his powers to avoid hurting those around him. Yet, this suppression came with a side effect: whenever he reaches his limit (100%), the emotion he is feeling at the moment completely takes over, causing him to act "irrationally" under its sway—whether the emotion is positive, like love or kindness, or negative, like anger or frustration. 

However, Mob's most interesting trait is his inability to see the bad side of people in absolutely any situation. Because he is incredibly powerful and virtually invulnerable, he tends to trust others and focus on their positive qualities—even when it seems obvious they are lying. A prime example is his occult mentor, Reigen, a charlatan who makes a living performing spiritual services for people often struggling with unrelated issues; Reigen would help them simply to keep the money coming in. This routine began to change, however, when he met Mob—a genuine psychic capable of solving real problems.

The protagonist's genuine ability to see the good in people is truly striking; it is precisely this trait that allows him to overcome the traumas stemming from his overwhelming powers. Despite being worshipped by others, he never exploited his fame; instead, he simply went about his life, helping everyone he crossed paths with. Through these interactions, he learned to become a better person—not merely a powerful one, but simply a human being.

Over time, he realized that it was not his powers that made him special, but rather his capacity to strengthen bonds with those around him. Despite possessing telekinesis, he joined a fitness club to improve his physique; despite being a psychic, he participated in an occult club where members understood nothing about the subject—and some weren't even interested; despite his immense power, he remained incredibly humble. These contradictions made him not only unique but also a person of pure character.

 Of all the series ever created, none captures subjective, implicit, and explicit feelings with quite the same sensitivity as *Dear White People*. It features a multitude of characters who serve as protagonists in such an intelligent and specific way that the only fitting description is to call it one of the best series created to date. 

Concepts of vigor and its preservation.

 Vigor is the energy used to practice the Great Art, as all processes occurring within the body derive from vitality—or vital energy—which is channeled through a medium: the body, air, water, and so forth.

How should a leader act?

Whenever "a leader" is mentioned here, one should envision a virtuous person—one who is always prepared for adversity and does not rely on Fortune (i.e., luck) to achieve their goals. These are the insights drawn from the work:

– A leader must always strive to govern well; should they fall victim to a coup, they will have loyal allies—or those who love them—to offer support if they wish to regain power.

     The Great Art has as its primary objective the purification of man from his raw state (lead) to his highest degree (gold); this purification occurs through the process Jung termed "Individuation." 

Language through a Hermetic Lens

One concept of magic can be defined as observing the world's synchronicities and acting by applying one's will—manifesting archetypes identical or similar to those currently presenting themselves to intensify situations, or manifesting opposing archetypes when the magician desires to alter or bring an end to the situations at hand.
